Sean, just 29 years old, lost his life following a violent crash involving a United States Postal Service box truck on Parkersburg Turnpike in Virginia.
According to Virginia State Police, Sean was driving a Dodge Ram 2500 westbound when, for reasons still under investigation, his vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound USPS box truck.
The impact of the crash was catastrophic.
Following the collision, the USPS truck ran off the roadway and struck several trees, while Sean’s truck left the opposite side of the road and crashed into a tree.
Emergency crews with Augusta County Fire-Rescue worked tirelessly to extricate Sean from the wreckage before transporting him to a nearby hospital.
Despite every effort to save him, Sean was later pronounced dead.
