With heavy hearts, we take this time to mourn the loss and celebrate the life of our dear friend and coworker, Barrett Hubregsen. Barrett was more than a colleague—he was a constant presence of warmth, dedication, and kindness whose impact will be felt for years to come. His passing has left a profound void in our workplace and in the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Barrett brought an unmistakable spirit to everything he did. Whether he was lending a hand, sharing a laugh, or quietly offering support, he had a way of making people feel seen and valued. He approached his work with integrity and care, and he approached people with genuine compassion. In moments both ordinary and challenging, Barrett showed up—steady, thoughtful, and dependable. Those qualities made him not only a trusted coworker, but a cherished friend.

To honor Barrett’s life and the joy he brought to so many, we invite friends, family, colleagues, and community members to join us in celebration and remembrance. Barrett’s Celebration of Life will begin on Thursday at Telluride Town Park at 11:00 a.m. All who wish to gather, share stories, and hold space for one another are warmly welcome.
Though words cannot fully capture the depth of our sorrow, they also cannot diminish the light Barrett shared with us. His legacy lives on in the kindness he modeled, the friendships he nurtured, and the community he helped build. We will carry his memory forward—with gratitude, with love, and with a commitment to honor the example he set.
