Nicole Deaver Fairwater WI Obituary Death, 1 dead after UTV crash in Green Lake Co.

A tragic utility terrain vehicle (UTV) crash in the Town of Brooklyn, Wisconsin, has claimed the life of a 40-year-old woman, identified as Nicole Deaver of Fairwater. The fatal incident occurred on Saturday evening and has left the local community in shock as authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.

According to the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene on Princeton Road near Honeysuckle Lane shortly after 5 p.m. following reports of a serious single-vehicle UTV accident involving four occupants. Upon arrival, first responders found that the vehicle had left the roadway after failing to negotiate a curve while traveling eastbound on Princeton Road.

Investigators later determined that none of the four occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, a factor that significantly contributed to the severity of the incident. During the rollover or impact sequence, one occupant was ejected from the vehicle. Emergency responders immediately initiated lifesaving measures at the scene; however, despite their efforts, the ejected passenger was pronounced dead due to the severity of their injuries.

That occupant was later identified as Nicole Deaver, a resident of Fairwater, Wisconsin. Her sudden and tragic death has deeply affected her family, friends, and all who knew her. While additional details about her life have not yet been widely released, those close to her are mourning the unexpected loss of a loved one taken far too soon.

The response to the crash involved multiple agencies working together, including the Green Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies, Green Lake-Brooklyn First Responders, and EMS units from Berlin, Green Lake, and Princeton. The Green Lake-Brooklyn Fire Department also assisted at the scene, along with the Green Lake County Medical Examiner’s Office, which later responded to assist with the investigation and recovery process.

Authorities have confirmed that the crash remains under active investigation. The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Medical Examiner’s Office, is working to determine all contributing factors, including speed, road conditions, and vehicle operation at the time of the incident.

This heartbreaking event serves as a sobering reminder of the importance of safety precautions when operating utility terrain vehicles, particularly the use of seatbelts and adherence to safe driving practices. Even brief moments of inattention or failure to follow safety guidelines can lead to devastating consequences.

As the investigation continues, the community of Fairwater and surrounding areas mourn the loss of Nicole Deaver, remembering her life and expressing condolences to her loved ones during this difficult time.
