Nicole Passanante Houston, Texas Obituary: The Cuevas/Passanante Family Beloved Member Has Died
Nicole was truly a light in this world. She radiated warmth, compassion, and a rare sincerity that made everyone feel valued and seen. Her kindness was effortless, her love was unconditional, and her presence had a way of bringing comfort and joy into even the hardest moments. To know Nicole was to experience genuine care in its purest form.
She passed peacefully in her sleep shortly after celebrating her 40th birthday—a milestone that reflected a life filled with love, faith, and deep, meaningful connections. Though her time here feels far too brief, the legacy she leaves behind is both powerful and enduring.
Above all, Nicole’s greatest pride and joy was her family. She was a devoted wife to Joseph Passanante and a deeply loving mother to her children, Ray Luca Passanante and Penelope Jean Passanante. Her children were the center of her world, and her love for them was constant, fierce, and unconditional. That love will continue to surround and guide them always.
Nicole is also lovingly remembered by her parents, Gene and Janie Cuevas; her brother Jason and sister-in-law Tori; and her cherished twin niece and nephew, Tanner and Tatum Cuevas, whom she adored as her own. Her bond with her family was unbreakable, and her devotion to them defined so much of who she was.
Her life was rooted in faith, family, and friendship. She lived with intention, grace, and a heart full of generosity. The grief of her passing is profound, and the loss is felt deeply across all who were blessed to know her.
Though our hearts are broken, we hold tightly to her memory—the laughter, the love, and the light she shared so freely. Nicole will forever remain in our hearts.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever Forty.
